Browser Audio & Video Settings

If you are struggling to get audio and video to play on Learn2SolveProblems.com it is possibly because your browser is preventing it from playing. Use the guide below to change your browser preferences.

  3. Click on the padlock icon to the left of the page’s website address to open the Page Info window
  4. Click on Site settings
  5. Site settings will open in a new tab. Under the Permissions section locate Sound and use the drop down to change the setting to Allow.

 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox Browser
  2. Navigate to www.learn2solveproblems.com
  3. Click on the padlock icon to the left of the page’s website address to open the Page Info window
  4. Under the Permissions section locate Autoplay and use the drop down to change the setting to Allow Audio and Video

  4. Click on the field next to Auto-Play and select Allow All Auto-Play
