Payments by third parties

Tax rebates and employer compensation

Only on receipt of payment will you receive confirmation of your registration for a course and access to the course online.
Minors
All prospective students under the age of 18 will require the consent and assistance of your parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms and Conditions or register for a course. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to register an account or make use of our services.
Accessibility

Basic requirements

You need to be familiar with using a computer and accessing the internet. It may also be necessary for you to know how to read pdf documents.

Course Delivery
Language
The language of instruction and administration for all courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com is English. All quizzes will be presented in English and will need to be answered in English. All posts in comments and discussion sections of our sites will also need to be in English.
Online Learning Portal
Each course on Learn2SolveProblems.com will consist of a number of lessons. As the courses are self-paced, all lessons will be available at registration but will need to be completed in the order specified in the course. Courses and associated lessons are accessed through the online learning portal (link provided upon registration).
Communications
You may receive communication via telephone or email from Learn2SolveProblems.com representatives for course administration and related purposes. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree and consent to receipt of such communications. You may opt out of generic marketing communications which are unrelated to course administration using the opt out mechanism.
Access to Online Learning Portal
Once payment for course registration is received, you will be granted access to the course on the online learning portal. Access to a course is for a set period of 2 years from date of purchase. We may suspend your access to the online portal and courses should you breach these Terms and Conditions or for any other valid reason.
Permitted use
Only students who are registered for a course may participate in that Course. You are not permitted to share your username or password with any other person and no person may participate in a course on your behalf. Impersonating another person when dealing with Learn2SolveProblems.com is prohibited as is accessing the online learning portal using another user’s username and password. Should you forget your username and password please contact us to regain access to your profile.
Prohibited use
You are prohibited from doing the following:
- Sharing your username and password with others
- Making copies of course material available in any form for use by others
- Using, displaying, or otherwise making available course material or any other material from our Sites, in an electronic format which enables it to be downloaded or distributed to any third party
- Sublicensing, reselling, renting, lending, assigning, ceding, donating or otherwise transferring or distributing course content or the rights granted under these Terms and Conditions.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software that is contained within Course content or on the online learning portal.
- Removing any notice of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right from any place where it is on or embedded in the Course content (an example of this would be to edit the IPTC data).
Student Responsibilities
Learn2SolveProblems.com has all necessary security in place to protect personal information but you as the user accept all risks of any unauthorised access that could occur regarding your information.
It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if you experience any unauthorised use of your profile details. It is also your responsibility to maintain your user profile and keep information up to date.
Course Delivery
Access disputes
Learn2SolveProblems.com may suspend access to a profile should a dispute arise as to who has the right to operate the profile pending the outcome of the dispute investigation. Based on the outcome of the investigation we may rescind access to the profile and/or transfer the profile to the party claiming rights.
Platform capability
Our Sites and online learning portal may not be compatible with all mobile devices. To access course content and website content effectively it may be necessary to use a desktop or laptop computer. The cost of internet access and any required updates to mobile devices or computers to complete courses is for the student’s account.
Videos
Course lessons are presented in the form of videos and viewing and interacting with these videos is compulsory in order to progress through the course. To view these videos without difficulty a high-speed internet connection may be required.
Tutors/Course facilitators
Courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com are self-paced and as such there are no assigned course facilitators. Any queries regarding course content can be directed to us via our contact pages. Except for courses which are accompanied by an explicit coaching component, Learn2SolveProblems.com may not respond directly to questions regarding course content. Any queries submitted will however receive consideration, and where a common query is encountered or an individual query has merit, Learn2SolveProblems.com may respond directly to the query via e-mail, amend course content in response to the query, or publish a blog post to address a common query or question, in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Course Assessment
General
Courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com are self-paced with mini quizzes at the end of most lessons to reinforce knowledge. There is a final quiz at the end of each course to test retained knowledge. Quizzes are graded automatically with results available immediately. Quizzes can be retaken as many times as a student requires. Where a quiz is repeated by a student some of the questions may change with each iteration.
Student Conduct
General rules
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards each other when engaging on platforms on our Sites. Respect is also expected when engaging with representatives of Learn2SolveProblems.com.
Offensive and prohibited content and communications

Pricing, Payment & Delivery
Course fees
Full course fees are payable upfront before access to the course will be granted.
Course fees are subject to change without notice.
Course fees are charged for in South African Rand’s (ZAR). Students from countries which do not use this currency are responsible for checking the exchange rate at the date and time that they enrol for a course to confirm how much they will be paying in local currency.
Taxes are not included in the course fee and will be added on to the price at invoicing.
Tax invoices
Accepting these Terms and Conditions means you consent to receipt of your tax invoice in electronic format at the email address provided by you upon registration.
Bank charges
You will be liable for all bank charges and/or fees which may be levied on or added to a payment made by you to us from any country or jurisdiction.
VAT and other taxes
Any VAT or other applicable taxes payable in addition to the course fees will be identified on your invoice and such amounts are for your account unless otherwise stated.
Payment reference
Payment via direct bank deposit will require the use of your invoice number as a reference. Learn2SolveProblems.com will not be held liable for any delay in granting access to a course as a result of us being unable to locate your payment.
Promo codes
Promo codes may be issued periodically for discounts on course access fees. To use these codes, one would need to insert the code when checking out prior to payment for a specific course. When using promo codes, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promo code used.
Dispute
Should a dispute arise between us relating to the payment of any course fee or the way in which you use the online learning portal, we may at our sole discretion suspend your profile and access to the course for the period of the dispute.
Cancellations
Cancellation of registration
Should you wish to cancel your registration you will need to contact us using one of the contact methods available on our Sites. You may not be guaranteed a refund should you have paid in full for a course and being granted access before requesting to cancel your registration. Certification
Certification
Certificates of Attendance are issued upon completion of all course lessons and mini-quizzes. Certificates of Completion are issued upon completion of all course lessons and passing of the final course quiz.
Certificate delivery
All course certificates (Attendance and Completion) will be available electronically once criteria for the issue of each certificate has been met. Certificates use personal information as supplied during registration, Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot be held responsible for any errors on certificates based on incorrect user information.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
No liability for course outcomes
Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any costs, claims or damages that you may incur or suffer as a result of registering for and/or completing a course which is not relevant, suitable or does not meet yours and/or any interested third party or relevant industry or commercial body’s requirements.
Learn2SolveProblems.com can under no circumstances guarantee your suitability for a particular course.
Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any costs, claims or damages that you may incur or suffer should, after the completion of a course, you not be able to obtain employment or a promotion within your chosen field of study or not achieve any other outcome you may believe completing a course will assist you to attain.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be liable for any cost, claims, damages (including, without limitation, indirect, extrinsic, special, penal, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss (such as loss of profits, business, goodwill, revenue or anticipated savings) or other damages of any kind, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, expenses, disbursements, fines or other amounts that you or any third party might suffer that relates to or arises from these Terms and Conditions, your participation in a Course, or termination of a Course for any reason, whether or not anyone anticipated or should have anticipated that damages would occur. In no event shall Learn2SolveProblems.com’s aggregate liability to you for any and all claims exceed the total amount of fees received from you in the six months preceding any course of action.
Acknowledgement

Breach

Refunds
