Payments by third parties
If your participation in a Course is being paid for by a third party (such as your employer), you will still be bound by all provisions in these Terms and Conditions. Learn2SolveProblems.com may however enter into a separate agreement with the third party to govern payment for the course on your behalf as well as to govern the receipt of certain information in relation to your completion of the course.
Tax rebates and employer compensation
Learn2SolveProblems.com may not be considered an “educational establishment” for tax purposes in your jurisdiction. It will be your responsibility to confirm if the courses offered on our Sites will qualify for a tax rebate. Learn2SolveProblems.com will not issue or complete any tax forms. Should your employer offer compensation for educational courses, it will be your responsibility to confirm with them that courses on our Sites will meet their requirements for compensation.
When registering for a course and clicking on the tick box “Agree”, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which include all Policies they reference.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our services and products subject to these Terms and Conditions and the payment of applicable fees.
The responsibility lies with you to confirm the relevance and suitability of a course for your needs before you register and pay for the course. Information on courses in made available on the relevant course page and you are free to contact us with any questions before registering for a course.
Only on receipt of payment will you receive confirmation of your registration for a course and access to the course online.
All prospective students under the age of 18 will require the consent and assistance of your parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms and Conditions or register for a course. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to register an account or make use of our services.
Learn2SolveProblems.com aims to provide an e-learning solution which is accessible to the widest possible audience. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our Sites and curricula for all our students.
Course registration can be completed online using the links available on our Sites.
To complete courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com you will need access to an active email account and access to a computer or another internet enabled device as well as access to the internet. You need to be familiar with using a computer and accessing the internet. It may also be necessary for you to know how to read pdf documents.
We recommend that you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser when accessing Learn2SolveProblems.com and associated courses. These browsers have been found to perform best when accessing the course material

Some courses may require the use of additional software and resources. These requirements will be communicated with students prior to registration for the course on the course information screen.
It is your responsibility to source and obtain access to the necessary software and resources required to complete a course on Learn2SolveProblems.com at your own cost. Learn2SolveProblems.com will not be held liable for any consequences of the use of such software or resources.
Learn2SolveProblems.com does not sponsor or endorse and is not affiliated or associated with any entities responsible for software or resources unless expressly stated otherwise. These programs are simply chosen for their global accessibility and effectiveness for completing course outcomes. Course requirements may be changed at any time, but should you be registered for that course you will be notified via your chosen email address.
The language of instruction and administration for all courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com is English. All quizzes will be presented in English and will need to be answered in English. All posts in comments and discussion sections of our sites will also need to be in English.
Online Learning Portal
Each course on Learn2SolveProblems.com will consist of a number of lessons. As the courses are self-paced, all lessons will be available at registration but will need to be completed in the order specified in the course. Courses and associated lessons are accessed through the online learning portal (link provided upon registration).
You may receive communication via telephone or email from Learn2SolveProblems.com representatives for course administration and related purposes. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree and consent to receipt of such communications. You may opt out of generic marketing communications which are unrelated to course administration using the opt out mechanism.
Access to Online Learning Portal
Once payment for course registration is received, you will be granted access to the course on the online learning portal. Access to a course is for a set period of 2 years from date of purchase. We may suspend your access to the online portal and courses should you breach these Terms and Conditions or for any other valid reason.
Only students who are registered for a course may participate in that Course. You are not permitted to share your username or password with any other person and no person may participate in a course on your behalf. Impersonating another person when dealing with Learn2SolveProblems.com is prohibited as is accessing the online learning portal using another user’s username and password. Should you forget your username and password please contact us to regain access to your profile.
You are prohibited from doing the following:
- Sharing your username and password with others
- Making copies of course material available in any form for use by others
- Using, displaying, or otherwise making available course material or any other material from our Sites, in an electronic format which enables it to be downloaded or distributed to any third party
- Sublicensing, reselling, renting, lending, assigning, ceding, donating or otherwise transferring or distributing course content or the rights granted under these Terms and Conditions.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software that is contained within Course content or on the online learning portal.
- Removing any notice of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right from any place where it is on or embedded in the Course content (an example of this would be to edit the IPTC data).
Learn2SolveProblems.com has all necessary security in place to protect personal information but you as the user accept all risks of any unauthorised access that could occur regarding your information.
It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if you experience any unauthorised use of your profile details. It is also your responsibility to maintain your user profile and keep information up to date.
Learn2SolveProblems.com may suspend access to a profile should a dispute arise as to who has the right to operate the profile pending the outcome of the dispute investigation. Based on the outcome of the investigation we may rescind access to the profile and/or transfer the profile to the party claiming rights.
Our Sites and online learning portal may not be compatible with all mobile devices. To access course content and website content effectively it may be necessary to use a desktop or laptop computer. The cost of internet access and any required updates to mobile devices or computers to complete courses is for the student’s account.
Course lessons are presented in the form of videos and viewing and interacting with these videos is compulsory in order to progress through the course. To view these videos without difficulty a high-speed internet connection may be required.
Courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com are self-paced and as such there are no assigned course facilitators. Any queries regarding course content can be directed to us via our contact pages. Except for courses which are accompanied by an explicit coaching component, Learn2SolveProblems.com may not respond directly to questions regarding course content. Any queries submitted will however receive consideration, and where a common query is encountered or an individual query has merit, Learn2SolveProblems.com may respond directly to the query via e-mail, amend course content in response to the query, or publish a blog post to address a common query or question, in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Courses on Learn2SolveProblems.com are self-paced with mini quizzes at the end of most lessons to reinforce knowledge. There is a final quiz at the end of each course to test retained knowledge. Quizzes are graded automatically with results available immediately. Quizzes can be retaken as many times as a student requires. Where a quiz is repeated by a student some of the questions may change with each iteration.
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards each other when engaging on platforms on our Sites. Respect is also expected when engaging with representatives of Learn2SolveProblems.com.
Offensive and prohibited content and communications
Pricing, Payment & Delivery
Full course fees are payable upfront before access to the course will be granted.
Course fees are subject to change without notice.
Course fees are charged for in South African Rand’s (ZAR). Students from countries which do not use this currency are responsible for checking the exchange rate at the date and time that they enrol for a course to confirm how much they will be paying in local currency.
Taxes are not included in the course fee and will be added on to the price at invoicing.
Accepting these Terms and Conditions means you consent to receipt of your tax invoice in electronic format at the email address provided by you upon registration.
You will be liable for all bank charges and/or fees which may be levied on or added to a payment made by you to us from any country or jurisdiction.
VAT and other taxes
Any VAT or other applicable taxes payable in addition to the course fees will be identified on your invoice and such amounts are for your account unless otherwise stated.
Payment via direct bank deposit will require the use of your invoice number as a reference. Learn2SolveProblems.com will not be held liable for any delay in granting access to a course as a result of us being unable to locate your payment.
Promo codes may be issued periodically for discounts on course access fees. To use these codes, one would need to insert the code when checking out prior to payment for a specific course. When using promo codes, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promo code used.
Should a dispute arise between us relating to the payment of any course fee or the way in which you use the online learning portal, we may at our sole discretion suspend your profile and access to the course for the period of the dispute.
Cancellation of registration
Should you wish to cancel your registration you will need to contact us using one of the contact methods available on our Sites. You may not be guaranteed a refund should you have paid in full for a course and being granted access before requesting to cancel your registration. Please review our Cancellation Policy for more information.
Certificates of Attendance are issued upon completion of all course lessons and mini-quizzes. Certificates of Completion are issued upon completion of all course lessons and passing of the final course quiz.
All course certificates (Attendance and Completion) will be available electronically once criteria for the issue of each certificate has been met. Certificates use personal information as supplied during registration, Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot be held responsible for any errors on certificates based on incorrect user information.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
No liability for course outcomes
Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any costs, claims or damages that you may incur or suffer as a result of registering for and/or completing a course which is not relevant, suitable or does not meet yours and/or any interested third party or relevant industry or commercial body’s requirements.
Learn2SolveProblems.com can under no circumstances guarantee your suitability for a particular course.
Learn2SolveProblems.com cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any costs, claims or damages that you may incur or suffer should, after the completion of a course, you not be able to obtain employment or a promotion within your chosen field of study or not achieve any other outcome you may believe completing a course will assist you to attain.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we will not be liable for any cost, claims, damages (including, without limitation, indirect, extrinsic, special, penal, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss (such as loss of profits, business, goodwill, revenue or anticipated savings) or other damages of any kind, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, expenses, disbursements, fines or other amounts that you or any third party might suffer that relates to or arises from these Terms and Conditions, your participation in a Course, or termination of a Course for any reason, whether or not anyone anticipated or should have anticipated that damages would occur. In no event shall Learn2SolveProblems.com’s aggregate liability to you for any and all claims exceed the total amount of fees received from you in the six months preceding any course of action.
By using our Sites and registering for and participating in courses, you agree that the disclaimers and limitations of liability outlined in these Terms and Conditions represent a reasonable allocation of risk between you and Learn2SolveProblems.com, and that these limitations are essential to ensure our ability to make services available to you on an economically feasible basis.
You agree that, to the extent permissible by applicable law, any course of action related to these Terms and Conditions or Learn2SolveProblems.com’s services or Courses must commence within 1 year from the time that the reason for the course of action comes into being. If not, such course of action shall be permanently barred.
Subject to any applicable laws, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless in respect of any claim that a third party might bring against us that relates to or arises from these Terms and Conditions as regards your registration for a Course. This indemnity includes claims arising from your use of our sites in a way that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or if we transfer your profile to another person, or if another person accesses your profile without your consent. This indemnity also includes all liability or loss that we might suffer as a result of a claim, including legal costs on the highest permissible scale and any additional legal and collection costs.

Certain areas on our Sites may enable you as a student to share your own content and opinions. You are responsible for all content that you share and retain all intellectual property rights to this content. Learn2SolveProblems.com encourages you to NOT share any unique intellectual property on any of our sites. In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree and consent to Learn2SolveProblems.com using the content you share for internal research and development, course improvements and other non-commercial purposes.

Warranties and Disclaimers
To the extent permissible under applicable laws, all services, Courses and their content are provided “as is” without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in respect thereof, and in particular, we make no representations or warranties regarding the quality of the Course content or the fitness of the Course content for the purpose for which you acquired it.

Termination of Participation in a Course
Modifying and terminating services
Learn2SolveProblems.com reserves the right to add or remove features or requirements or suspend or stop our service altogether at any time giving enrolled students reasonable notice of any material changes. You may also discontinue your use of services and access to courses at any time.
Should you breach any terms laid out in these Terms and Conditions and fail to remedy the situation within 5 days of receiving notice of the breach, we may terminate your access to our services which may include but is not limited to terminating your user account and participation in any courses you are registered for. In respect of a breach of these Terms and Conditions and subsequent termination of your access you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the course access fee.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
General complaints policy
Learn2SolveProblems.com appreciates and encourages feedback, both positive and negative, from students and website users on our services and courses. Where this feedback is a complaint, we are committed to addressing the complaint in a timely and appropriate manner.
Complaints and compliments can be submitted through the contact page on our website.
The nature of our products is such that as a a general rule, refunds are not permitted. We will however look into requests for refunds where learners can show just cause. While we will endeavour to be as reasonable as possible, Learn2SolveProblems.com does not guarantee that feedback will be provided in such instances, and no learner is guaranteed of a refund, regardless of the circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Learn2SolveProblems.com.
