Once I purchase a course, for how long will I be able to access the content?
The content will be available to you for a 2 year period once you have purchased the course.
Any prior qualifications needed for learners wanting to take your courses?
No. Our courses are specifically designed to make problem solving as easy to understand as possible through the style of delivery of the content and the mini-quizzes integrated into the course. In the premium section you will also find supporting reference information, such as a problem solving glossary relevant to the courses you have taken. It is however important that you note the “Who should take this course?” guidelines to ensure that the course you enrol for is suitable for your needs and background.
Are certificates awarded for completion of the course?
Yes, we award two types of certificates. The first is a Certificate of Attendance, which means that you have completed all of the modules for the course and the mini-quizzes after each module. The second is a Certificate of Completion, which is awarded if you both complete the modules and pass the test at the end of the course.
What is the pass mark for the test?
We have a 70% pass mark requirement for all tests associated with the course.
If I fail the test will I have another chance to write it?
Yes you can rewrite the test as many times as you like.
What will you do with my personal data?
Your data will never be shared with a third party without your explicit consent, unless required for legal purposes. You will receive e-mails from the site from time to time to alert you to new content. You will be able to opt out of that content at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data.
What should I do if I cannot find a suitable problem solving course on your site?
Please use the “contact us” form on the site to alert us to the type of content you would like to see.
Can I bulk purchase access for my organisation?
Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to do this through our web store. Please contact us using the email on our contact page to arrange bulk access.
